Referral Program Requirements

We welcome and encourage referrals from individuals and businesses who believe in our services. To ensure transparency, fairness, and compliance, please review the following terms:

 

Who Can Refer?

​

Anyone is eligible to participate in the referral program, including clients, partners, vendors, and members of the public — provided they comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Referrers must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older.

  • Not reside in or act on behalf of entities from countries or regions subject to U.S. or international sanctions, trade restrictions, or other regulatory limitations.

  • Not be government officials or political office holders where participation in referral-based programs would violate ethics or anti-corruption policies.

Minimum Spend Requirement (for Rewards Eligibility)

​

To qualify for a referral reward:

​

  • The referred client must spend a minimum of $300 on eligible accounting services within the first 60 calendar days after signing up.

​

  • Eligible services include (but are not limited to):

    • Monthly bookkeeping

    • Payroll processing

    • Tax preparation

    • Financial reporting

    • Cloud accounting system integrations

​

When Are Rewards Issued?

​

Referral rewards will be issued only after the following conditions are met:

​

  1. The referred client completes the minimum spend of $300.

  2. The client completes two consecutive months as a paid user in good standing.

  3. The referral is verified to comply with all terms of this program and applicable laws.

 

Rewards are typically delivered via account credit, gift card, or direct payout within 15 business days after verification.

Additional Terms & Conditions

​

  • Each referral must register using your unique referral link or code at signup.

​

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make, provided they meet program terms.

​

  • Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, or referrals made under fraudulent or misleading pretenses are strictly prohibited.

​

  • We reserve the right to deny, withhold, or revoke rewards for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this policy or applicable law.

​

  • This program is void where prohibited by law.

  • You are not located in, or affiliated with, any region under sanctions or embargo by the U.S., U.K., EU, or UN.

​

  • You are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
