With over 20 years of experience spanning corporate banking, capital markets, and global fund administration, Pamela brings institutional-grade financial leadership to entrepreneurial businesses. She has supported alternative investment and institutional clients representing approximately $26 billion in assets under administration across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Through Numerica, she partners with founders to strengthen financial clarity, capital readiness, and operational discipline — positioning companies to build sustainable enterprise value. Her work bridges strategy and execution, ensuring financial infrastructure supports long-term growth, resilience, and wealth creation.
Pamela is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds an Honours BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. She also earned the Innovation Governance Program (iGP) designation to serve on technology boards.
Her work is guided by integrity, long-term thinking, and a belief that strong financial foundations create freedom — for founders, teams, and the families behind them.
